I grew up in the Midwest near the southern tip of Lake Michigan. I have lived in Valparaiso, Indiana my entire life. Currently, with my wife Michelle, and our two children. I am the Broker/Owner of Seramur Properties, LLC in Valparaiso, as well as a licensed contractor. I have been listing and selling real estate for the past 25 years, including residential, commercial, and investment properties. My family has been traveling to Florida for over 20 years, primarily to the Florida Keys. We purchased this home in Cape Coral because I am an avid sportsman and feel the Cape Coral area is the perfect place to access the ocean safely. The weather in Florida can be unpredictable, and Cape Coral provides all the ocean access our family needs while also providing a safe haven from windy weather.
